The San Fran House was a consultation for a master suite and basement renovation. The home was built in 1900 and is currently 1,800 sf. The home had the roof line modified to enlarge the occupied space in the master suite. The master bath was reconfigured to meet the owner's vision.

The unfinished basement had a complete overhaul. What was once storage and laundry now has flex space, 1 bed and 1 bath. The laundry has been relocated to the upper floor to be closer to the bedrooms. The basement will still have a single car garage.
