About Us

 

Shawn and Meredith McKeever founded MAD Carolinas, LLC in 2019. MAD is a full service design and real estate consulting firm specializing in residential construction. We are a regional company focusing on the areas we know best, North and South Carolina.

 

Shawn grew up in the Charleston, SC area with close ties still there. Shawn's architectural career has been focused on multi-family, hospitality and office design. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Clemson University and a Master of Architecture degree from Clemson in 2008. Shawn is a LEED AP and is licensed in both North Carolina and Georgia .

Born and raised in Asheville, NC, Meredith is one of the few true natives of Asheville. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Clemson University in 2010.  Shortly after, she received an MBA and Master of Accountancy degree from Western Carolina University.
